Inside a LEADRS training class

This is one of the LEADRS trainings held by TMPA LEL Ray Dittrich and Israel Campos. It was held in Hidalgo and was attended by TXDPS Troopers from Laredo, McAllen , Edinburg, Pharr, Harlingen and Brownsville. All attendees recieved 4 hours of TCLEOSE cresit.
