Pharr District Safe & Sober Spring Break during Texas Week

TxDOT set up a booth at the Texas Travel Information Center in Harlingen (March 13, 2009). TxDOT also set up a PI&E booth at South Padre Island (March 18, 2009). We had 825 Spring Breakers sign the Safe & Sober Road Trip pledge just at our SPI booth from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. PICTURES
